Account and team

Workspace settings, inviting teammates, roles and permissions, security, and the audit log.

Everything about your workspace lives under Account in the navigation: Overview, Profile, Billing, Team, Security, Usage, Notifications, Audit log, API Keys, Webhooks, Support.

Workspace vs. user

A workspace owns the sites, monitors, runs, billing, and team. A user is a person who signs in. Each person belongs to one workspace with a role. Sites and monitors are shared by everyone in the workspace; there's no per-user ownership.

Profile

Account → Profile sets the workspace name and the workspace contact email. The contact email receives account notices (billing, usage, team). Monitor alerts go to the Notification Email set on each site instead.

Inviting teammates

Account → Team → enter an email address, pick a role, click Invite. The person receives an email with a link; if email delivery is off you can copy the invite link and send it yourself. Pending invites are listed on the page and can be Resend or Revoked. Invites don't count against anything until accepted.

Owners and Admins can invite. Only an Owner can invite another Owner.

Roles

Role Can do
Viewer See everything — sites, monitors, runs, alerts, usage. Can't change anything.
Member Everything a Viewer can, plus create and edit sites and monitors, run them, pause and snooze them.
Admin Everything a Member can, plus manage the team: invite, change roles, remove members.
Owner Everything, including billing and plan changes.

To change someone's role, use the role dropdown next to their name on Account → Team. Click Remove to remove them. A workspace always keeps at least one Owner — the last Owner can't be removed or demoted.

Signing in

You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Password accounts must verify their email (link sent on sign-up; use the banner on the dashboard to resend) before creating monitors or changing billing and team settings.

Account → Security shows how you sign in and, for password accounts, lets you change your password under Change password. Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page.

Usage

Account → Usage shows runs used this month against the plan allowance, a projection for the rest of the month, and how close you are to the site, monitor, seat, and frequency ceilings. See Billing and plans.

Notifications

Account → Notifications controls which emails the workspace receives. See Alerts and notifications.

Audit log

Account → Audit log records account-level actions with who did them and when: workspace profile changes, invites sent, resent, revoked and accepted, role changes, member removals, and billing actions (plan changes, portal visits). Monitor edits are not in the audit log today.

Deleting data

Deleting a monitor removes it and its run history. Deleting a site removes the site and every monitor in it. Both actions ask for confirmation. To close the workspace entirely, cancel the subscription under Account → Billing and contact support if you want the data removed.
