How this page is measured
The check service records a measurement every time it starts a cycle, roughly once a minute. Each measurement notes whether the database answered, how many monitors are running late, whether the app responded to a request made from a separate service, and whether any alert email was rejected.
A day is shown as operational only if every measurement that day was operational, so a short problem inside an otherwise good day is still visible rather than averaged away. A grey day is one we have no measurements for, which we show as unknown rather than assuming it was fine.
This page reports what we can observe. It is not a service level agreement, and Simrix Monitor does not offer one.
