Agency monitoring, so you hear it before the client does
Add each client as its own site, put a few monitors on the journeys that matter, and watch all of them from one place. When a client's checkout or contact form breaks, you get the screenshot and the plain-English summary first, which turns an angry email into a message you send rather than one you receive.

What happened
Clicking Checkout returned an error instead of the checkout page. Shoppers who get as far as the cart cannot go any further.

How agencies set this up
Each client is a site. Every monitor belongs to a site, so the work stays sorted by client without any extra structure. Mark each one as your own work, a competitor or a site you are just watching, and that label follows it everywhere.
Most agencies land on two to four monitors per client: the money journey, the main enquiry form, and a change monitor on a page that matters. That is enough to catch the breakages that generate support tickets, without generating noise of its own.
What this is worth on a retainer
The case is not that monitoring is impressive. It is that the two worst conversations in client work both start the same way: the client noticed before you did, or nobody noticed for a week and the invoice covers a month when the form was broken.
Both become a different conversation when you have a screenshot, a timestamp, and a record of every check that passed before it.
What it does not do yet
Worth being direct, because agency tools usually promise these.
There are no client logins. Everyone you invite to a workspace sees everything in it, so you cannot yet give a client a scoped view of only their own sites.
There is no branding upload. White-labelling here means one thing: on Pro and Agency, a report you share carries no Simrix Monitor footer. It does not put your logo on anything, and there is no theme to configure.
Billing is per workspace. Running every client in one workspace means one subscription covering all of them, which is what the larger plans are shaped for. Running a separate workspace per client means a separate subscription each.
Which plan fits an agency?
The number that usually decides it is sites, since each client is a site, and then monitors across all of them. The table below shows both for every plan. If your client list is larger than the top self-serve plan, the Agency plan is sold rather than bought and there is a short form on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I give clients their own login?
Not yet. Anyone invited to a workspace sees every site in it. If a client needs their own view, the workaround today is a separate workspace, which is a separate subscription.
Can I send a client a report?
Yes, as a link, on every plan. You can share a single result, or give a client a link to one site that keeps showing them that site's results. Either opens without an account and shows the evidence for what you shared and nothing else from your workspace.
Can I put my own branding on it?
Not your own, no: there is no logo or theme upload. What Pro and Agency do give you is a shared report with no Simrix Monitor footer on it, so what you send a client is not visibly ours.
How many monitors does a client need?
Usually two to four: the journey that makes them money, their main enquiry form, and a change monitor on a page that matters. More than that tends to produce noise rather than signal.
Do I need one account per client?
No. Add each client as a site inside one workspace and one subscription covers them all. Separate workspaces are only necessary if clients must be billed or kept separate from one another.
